We feel like we're making up for the lack of country music over the CCPS's history with this batch of Sundae Sound tapes. You'll be glad to hear that this tape has far more in common with Corb Lund's style of country than, well, we can't even come up with the name of a generic country pop band. What's really interesting about McAthey is he's still active with a music career - in both Canada AND Mexico. We have to admit that's a pretty smart business plan - we assume there aren't a pile of country bands playing in Mazatlan. Plus - you can write off your winter escapes!
