We're almost at the northern edge of the CCPS's mandated area with this LP from the kids at Big Valley School... but it's also on Horizon Records, so it's totally safe for inclusion in the collection. This LP also raises more questions for us about the link between Westmount Records and Horizon - the album was put together by Peter Bentley and Doug Wong! From the back cover: Big Valley School, Grades Six and Seven, under the direction of Marguarite Kerbes, decided that the major project this year would be to produce a record. We started early in the fall and the record has a "through the seasons" sequence. Annette Kerbes is the accompanist. She has just completed Grade Twelve and we would like to thank her for being our accompanist, and we wish her success in her future studies. We would also like to thank the Big Valley Staff, especially Mr. David Jamieson, and the parents for their encouragement and support.
