Quiet Winter is essentially a reconfiguration of local art pop weirdos 36? - instead of demented pop songs, this version plays experimental, atmospheric tracks that recall Mogwai's soundtrack work and the guitar experimentation of Bitter Fictions. It's lush and gorgeous, a perfect foil to 36? bombastic and hyper tunes.
