Throughout Canada, Ted Miller's first single "Those Rodeo Cowboys" and "Cowboy's Funeral" on Rodeo Records - has been a success. Ted was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. He then moved to the Invermere area of B.C. as a young teenager. Being born into a musical family was a definite asset for Ted, as it gave him his first music-oriented career in the family band. With the firsthand experience of rodeoing Ted knows the inner feelings of the cowboy's lives as in the song "Those Rodeo Cowboys". Unfortunate accidents resulting in the loss of personal rodeo friends and playing for their funerals also led to the writing of "Cowboy's Funeral".
